Every project moves through five stages. They are deliberate, sequential, and never rushed.
Conversation
Week 0
We visit your home, listen at length, and walk the space. No plans, no pressure — only questions. You leave with a clear sense of scope and budget range.
Design
Week 1 – 6
Concept, plans, elevations, joinery details, and a complete finishes schedule. We resolve every junction on paper so nothing is decided on site.
Procurement
Week 4 – 10
Tiles, stone, tapware, joinery and lighting all ordered, tracked, and held in our storage facility until we begin on-site work.
Build
Week 10 – 17
A small, single team — site supervisor, lead tradesperson, finishers — holds the room. Weekly walk-throughs, transparent reporting.
Aftercare
Years 1 – 2
A two-year aftercare promise. Most clients return for the next room, the next house, or recommend us to a neighbour.
